Callum White served in the Royal Navy before transitioning into the security industry, gaining experience across a wide range of roles to expand his expertise. He later joined Janus Security Services Ltd., where he has become an integral leader, ensuring operational excellence and supporting employee engagement, including securing alternative employment for staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Callum leverages his extensive experience to provide strategic leadership across the company, demonstrating deep knowledge of security operations and risk management.
His bravery and professionalism have been formally recognised with the Police Public Bravery Award (Gold Medal), presented by Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick DBE QPM, for disarming and detaining a gunman outside Wembley Arena. He was also honoured by the High Sheriff of Greater London for his role in the apprehension and conviction of a criminal.

Sam Kadinopoulos joined Janus Security Services Ltd. in 2019, bringing prior experience as a bar supervisor on the South Coast. Recognized early for his professionalism and aptitude in handling complex situations, he was encouraged to complete his SIA Door Supervision qualification and quickly caught the attention of senior leadership.

By 2020, Sam was promoted to Compliance Manager, where he established the HR department and developed company policies. Over the years, he has progressed from frontline roles to overseeing event operations and client liaison, often managing large-scale events from the control room and coordinating teams of up to 40 staff.
In March 2024, Sam was promoted to Operations Manager in recognition of his dedication, leadership, and professionalism.

Russell White founded Janus Security Services Ltd. in April 2017, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience across the security and protective services sector. A former RAF Regiment serviceman and Prison Service officer, Russell built his career in some of the most demanding operational environments.

Russell White founded Janus Security Services Ltd. in April 2017, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience across the security and protective services sector. A former RAF Regiment serviceman and Prison Service officer, Russell built his career in some of the most demanding operational environments.
His professional background included roles as a Security Dog Handler, Close Protection operative, and Control Room Manager for major international events, where leadership, discipline, and risk management were critical. He also oversaw the secure transport of high-value medical supplies across Europe, combining operational security with complex logistical coordination.
In addition to his security expertise, Russell held medical qualifications gained through both private ambulance service and NHS work, strengthening operational resilience in high-risk and time-critical settings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led and supported teams delivering testing site operations, working in partnership with industry stakeholders to maintain safety and continuity during unprecedented conditions.
Russell’s professionalism and courage were formally recognised through the Police Public Bravery Award (Gold Medal), alongside an honour from the High Sheriff of Greater London for his role in the apprehension of an armed offender.
