Meet The Team

Russell White founded Janus Security Services Ltd. in April 2017.

Russell previously served in the RAF Regiment, after which he went on to serve in the prison

service.

After leaving the prison service he began his career within the security industry. Russell

began working in pubs & clubs after which he was working as a Security Dog Handler,

followed by gaining his Close protection qualification. Russell now has over 15 years of

experience which has led to him escorting high end medical supplies throughout Europe as

well as running the control room for the world's largest events company in Saudi Arabia.

Russell has since gained Medical Qualifications whilst working for the private ambulance

service alongside the NHS. Since then he has arranged further opportunities for his employees working alongside industry partners on COVID-19 test sites.

Russell was the recipient of the Police Public Bravery Award - Gold medal as well as the award from the High Sheriff of Greater London for his involvement in the apprehension of the gunman that Callum  white was responsible for taking down.

Callum White served with the Royal Navy, during which he joined the security industry; where, in order to expand his knowledge and capability within the sector, has worked across the

various applicable job roles. 

After gaining this experience, he joined Janus Security Services Ltd.

 Since then has

become a key part of the company. Ensuring all employees had other employment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since joining Janus Security Services Ltd. Callum has shown an exceptional knowledge of the Security Industry, pulling from his vast range of experiences in a leadership capacity. 

Callum was the recipient of the Police Public Bravery Award - Gold Medal after tackling, disarming and detaining a gunman outside Wembley Arena after a concert at the end of 2018. He was awarded his medal and certificate by Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick DBE QPM.

Callum was also awarded for great courage and performing meritorious service leading to the apprehension and conviction of a criminal by the High Sheriff of Greater London.

Sam Kadinopoulos began his career with us in 2019. Prior to joining Janus, he was a bar supervisor in a popular club on the South Coast. He was encouraged to complete his SIA Door Supervision course by the club's security team based upon his track record with dealing with situations of all types within the nightlife sector. 

Within 6 months of working for the clubs security team, he was recognised by Callum, who asked him to come on a job for Janus. 

Sam has been with us ever since. By the start of the 2020, Sam had been promoted to Compliance Manager, and his responsibilities included forming the HR department and relating policies. 

Over the last few years, Sam has gone from working jobs in a positional capacity, to helping run events and liaising with clients. He is commonly found in the control room of large events where he is responsible as security controller to coordinate the movements and incidents relating to upwards of 40 staff.

In March 2024 he was promoted to Operations Manager due to his dedication and his professionalism
