We used Russell and his team for a special event a couple years ago. As a family run business ourselves we liked the thought of using a family run security company as it felt more personal, something we like to capture in our products. They were so good I asked them to provide a member of their team for another event 6 months later. Both times they were fantastic. With polite staff who were vigilant, yet also able to maintain a conversation with myself and my customers it made me feel more comfortable knowing I had a professional security team watching my merchandise. During the first event we had a security concern that was noticed immediately and within minutes the team had a solution which required a member of the team to escort my staff to their cars. This member of the team was amazing and ensured that all of my staff were given a 5 star treatment and that the stock they were carrying was safe, even going so far as so travel with them back to our store to ensure our stock was secured. Once this was done he ensured that all of my staff got home safely before returning to the venue and ensuring me that everything was OK. When running events, any organiser will know that the little things can make a huge difference, and Russell and his team helped make my event go smoothly and this helped to reassure me that I had been wise in choosing Janus Security Services. Without a doubt I would recommend Russell and Janus Security Services to all of my friends.
